The travel website for our trip to Aruba is live and ready for bookings. The new deadline for booking is December 20th – on December 21st the rooms that are not booked will be released back to the hotel and you will have to negotiate your rate as an individual. Booking through Liberty Travel earns us credits that will be used to pay for our family envent. If we don’t have enough bookings we will be asking folks to pay for a fee for the family event.
Travel Site Info
- On the main page you will need to select your room category from the list provided,
- Choose your dates. The default is 7/26-8/2 so
- if you are staying fewer nights you will need to change your dates (minimum of 3 nights)
- If you are staying more than 7 nights complete the booking and make your deposit, then contact Liberty Travel to extend your dates and adjust your reservation
- The next pages will collect all of the information to complete your booking. Make sure you have separate email addresses for each traveler or you may receive an error.
- You will then be required to submit payment of $200 per person in the room as a non-refundable deposit. Your booking will not be confirmed without the deposit
- You will also be directed to set up a login & password so that you can go in and make your payments online. Remember: Final Payments are due on May 1st. There will be no extension
